I am looking into improving the thermal efficiency of a thermal oxidiser burning solvent laden air (methanol, acetone etc.). I need to understand the relationship between oxidising temperature and CO NOx SOx emmisions.
Has anybody looked into this ?

I would like to replace an existing belt drive with a chain and sprocket arrangement. Would like to know what fluctuation in rotational speed I might get on driven shaft and how to calulate. Can anybody help with a formula for this 'polygonal effect'.
