We currently extrude Nylon 6/6 into shapes ranging from .04 to .08 in thick. I am looking for a less costly substitute to the Nylon 6/6. The main characteristic needed is capabiity to withstand 250 deg F without melting. Any suggestions?
I need to use a MS21921-10J swivel nut/fitting in an assembly. I have not found a drawing or model for it to get the details from. Anyone know where I can find one?

We have a number of commerical applications on legacy drawings that call for cad plating. I'd like to eliminate it across the board due to the environmental issues and related high costs. Looking for suggestions as to the best replacement plating while keeping cost down. Thanks,
