    Is there any rule of thumb on the minimum thickness range within which ultrasonic inspection application on SS pipe welds is effcetive?

    Codes for Design and Use of Instrument Tubing for Process Fluids

    Can anyone enlighten me about what codes to refer to if I want to use SS instrument tubes and fittings for process fluid, say for chemical dosing purpose? I only come across ASTM material code such as A269 but not codes for design and use for tubing such as ASME B31.3 for piping. Thanks.
