Is that the U-1A form from Section VIII-1 which is to be completed after hydrotesting etc.? Or is the complete design (drawing, calculations and material specifications)...

ASME PVHO-1-2007 1-7.6 (a) says: "Penetrators shall be constructed of material suitable for the intended service and compatible with the vessel shell material"
Still I have seen PVHO's (decompression chambers) made of SA516-60 plate with stainless steel penetrators welded in.

Do we need a CSA approval for an ASME "H" stamped heating boiler body (without any electrical device) stamped with an CRN? If so how to obtain that CSA approval?
When a burner and other devices are fitted to the boiler do we need a separete CSA for every device or only for the complete package?
