    Design standards for Crane

    Hi! I've to modify an existing over head crane made of 2 girders. I'd like to know what standard do apply to this situation. I'm from Canada, and some canadian or international standards would be perfect! Thanks!

    Plate for a man hole

    I have to design a plate acting as a cover for a man hole. It is 24"x24" supported on all sides. There is going to have heavy circulation over it. I know there is biaxial bending an torsion but dont know how to design it. Have any info on this design?
