I know that NH4,NaOH,and Amine are used to tower overhead system as neutralizer but I don't exactly understand where NH4 is applied,Amine is applied, NaOH is applied.
Please tell me that where to be applied including the reason.

Can some explain to me where I can fine the corrosion rates of Carbon steel and Stainless steel in urea 40% and 20% being used for NOx control.
Would you let me know if we will use carbon steel in urea 2%(100?) and Stainless steel in urea 40%(100?)

If carbon steel Pipe(EFW)would be required PWHT after Welding.
When would be tested mechanical test(T.S, Y.S, E.L, Hardness)
Thickness of Carbon steel pipe is 12.7mm with longitudinal welding seam.
Is it no problem that if mechanical test would be tested before PWHT.

(opened hole to pipe is welded)
