Improved adhesion on gold
Hi, I'm looking to improve the adhesion of an epoxy on a gold layer. Plasma surface activation doesn't bring good enough results. Is there any other activation methods ? What is the max surface tension I can get with gold ? Would nickel be better ? Thanks for reading. John- Zubaki

Hi ! I am wondering what are the theoretical values for the surface tension of Nickel and Gold. I am looking to do a "plating" (0,1 µm)of a silicon oxide layer on a gold, or nickel (not defined yet surface). What are the processes / equipment that could do the job ? Thanks a lot for your...- Zubaki
