I have a serous question about pressure test for pipe. According to ASME B31.3 the test pressure sould not be less than 1 1/2 time design pressure wich is in my case 152 barg . so the test pessure equal to 1.5*152=228 barg.
In the pipe certificate it mentioned that this pipe has been tested at...
Can someone help me how to define the different stress categories. I was asked to prepare stress analysis specification , the piping department manager requires that this categories need to be specified within the spec

Can somebody direct me how the minimum lenght of small pup should be to fabricate a dummy spool?
Some experienced piping engineer said 1,5XD is a minimum lenght. Which code stats that?
