    Do methanol tanks need to be covered from sun?

    Hello, For one of my projects we will be installing a 10,000 gallon above grade methanol tank. This tank will be located in Florida. This tank will be double walled. Do we need to provide a roof over the tank to keep the solar radition from warming the tank and its contents? Thanks, Chris
