i would like a plot i have to be updated each time the zooming is changed.
for example i would like to have a point in the middle of the plot - no matter where i am zooming in.
so after each zooming a routine to update the location of the point must be called.
is that possible?

i'm working on plots right now which should have to x-tick-labels.
for example: i want to have the x-axis with numeriacal ticks (1 2 3 4 5...)
and in a second line i'd like to have for example a b c d e
it should look like this:
