really small failsafe (spring applied or permanent magnet) brake?

looking for a very small failsafe brake

Does anyone out there know of any "subminiature" spring-applied or permanent-magnet failsafe brakes? I'm looking for something to hold only about 0.04Nm (about 5.7 in-oz), and under 20-25mm diameter. Anyone seen anything that small out there? Thanks, Bruce
