    wiring 220 volt single phase window air conditioners in iraq

    how do you wire a single phase 22o volt air/conditioner up to run properly in Iraq. over here all the voltage is on single line and the other two lines are netural and ground. there are 3 lines coming out of the A/C & heat unit.
