I was just told that NX6 will not "recognize" UGALTREP datasets. I cannot believe that this could be true because I assume that many companies other than mine are using this functionality and I'd hate to think that our assemblies would suddenly be "hosed". Can you shed some light on...
We (engineering) have been trying to get IT to configure baseline. I have been told by IT that v9.1.2 has a bug that will not allow the baseline release procedures to be defined in the env file. Does anyone know if this is accurate? I have searched GTAC and found no reference to this.
Is anyone having trouble plotting from NX3? Specifically, you send a plot to the plotter but it never plots. We are forced to plot using a grip program but IT is telling us the problem is with the plot utility in NX. Any insight would be helpfull....Thanks
Does anyone know how to set the default ItemRevision relation for specific dataset types? I would like the UGALTREP dataset to be created with the IMAN_UG_altrep relation, by default. Right now, any dataset I create defaults to IMAN_specification.
