    cant install UG

    got myself UG at home, cant get it started as it cannot find "Vendor Daemon" which is important, but completely elusive. anyone seen this problem before? or will i leave it till tomorrow and ask the good sales people, which im guessing will take a good 3 or 4 days and being held on hold...
