    Removing Command Line from Pointer 2006

    Hey everyone, This may be a stupid question but is it possible to remove the command line that appears beside the pointer in AutoCAD 2006. I'm using it on a not so good computer and its lagging all my CAD work. For the life of me i can't figure out how to remove it! Thanks for the help!
