I am considering putting a twin-screw supercharger on an engine which has individual throttle bodies mounted directly to the cylinder head. I plan to attempt to make this work in a blow-thru configuration, so I am not looking for people to dissuade me from that. I have done enough research...
Is there any way to "section" a solid or group of surfaces in CATIAv5R12 when working in the part/assembly/generative shape design workbenches?
I am used to SolidWorks where I can select section view and slice the model "interactively" with any given plane and view the section.
Thanks!!
Steve
I am relatively new to CATIA, and am working in v5r10 at the moment.
I am trying to get a sketch to show on a drawing along WITH the solid part. Does anyone have a pointer on how to do this?!?!?
Thanks!
Steve
Is it possible to import a 3D point "cloud" into solidworks? I initially want to only be able to visualize the data, but I would eventually like to be able to fit surfaces to the points and then ultimately build solids using those surfaces.
Anybody have any ideas?
Steve
