Is it ASTM A36 as I have seen suggested in other online information ?
Thanks.

Looking for some feedback / reviews of Beck Group 29 Linear Valve Actuators for modulating control (globe) valve service.
I am considering these for installation on power plant Desuperheater spray flow control valves, to replace existing Limitorque actuators.
I am also looking at using piston...
I have a question on bolt pre-load for an ASME B31.1 Code pipe flange joint.
Should the total load on a bolt in the joint, including applied load from pipe internal pressure and pre-load, NOT exeed the allowable stress of the bolt material at temperature ? Or can total bolt load be safely...
I'm in the process of designing some piping modifications for a replacement pump. I'm somewhat limited, in the vertical dimension, for my discharge pipe and fittings. Is it possible to weld a 2" pipe into the side of a A234 WPB 4" x 3" reducer without sacrificing the integrity of the reducer...
I'll be setting up a 1000 US Gallon, Anhydrous Ammonia Storage Tank.
I am looking for some tips on setting up a water spray nozzle system to abate an ammonia vapor cloud in the (unlikely) event of a major leak or tank rupture.
Any ideas or experience with this out there ?

On our site we have a pug-mill type mixer which is used to mix fine, dry fly-ash from coal-fired boilers with water.
The flyash and water is mixed into a coarse paste in the pug-mill and then dumps from the pug-mill into a haul-truck.
The pug-mill is supposed to be "dustless" in that no dust...
I am wondering if anyone out there knows, generally, what the depth of the frost line is in the Edmonton area.
I am assuming that I can bury a raw water pipeline 8 feet below ground, and the water in the line will not freeze.
