What should be the way to protect the water from freezing and / or becoming to warm to be drunk.

I HAVE A PUMP THAT DELIVERS GAS AT 50 DEGREES CELSIUS OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE. THE PUMP SHOULD BE VAPOR PROOF. (I AM TALKING ABOUT A PUMP NOT ABOUT A GAS DISPENSER)
DOES SOMEBODY KNOW WHICH ORGANIZATION SET VAPOR PROOF RANKING? WHAT IS VAPOR PROOF CLASIFICATION?

I have a tire that is nitrogen filled at 145 psi. I have to weld a small plate on the rim. The temperature that is transfered to the nitrogen due to the welding process is 275 F. The nytrogen is exposed to that temperature max 15 min.
How will the nitrogen respond to that temperature?
Having two steel plates 0.5" thickness with 3 holes each and misaligned within the tolearnce 0.046", which kind of pin should I use for them? There is a torsinal moment between the plates.
