I am looking for sources of molders that have experience with molding silicone keypads with TPU film molded over the outer surface of the keypad for durability. We would need design assistance from them as well. Any help would be appreciated.
I am trying to bond a thin film polyurethane to a cast urethane (shore A 28-42). I'm looking for adhesive suggestions. The bond needs to be watertight and survive 1-2 psi internal pressure. Any help would be appreciated.
I am designing a modified box end wrench and need help specifying steel alloy and hardness. The sizes are large: 22, 24, 27 and 32mm with an overall length of 12". The customer would like to forge and then broach the wrench detail. Any help would be appreciated.
