    Deformation of flat plate with uniform thickness

    Hi I'm looking for a formula that will yield the maximum stress and deformation of a flat plate under uniform load. I understand from a previous post that Pounder's plate theory is the way to go, but I do not have a copy of the text they reference. Is it available on the net?
