    Capacitor measurement

    I have some difficulties to intrepret the values I get when I try to measure the insulating resistance in a capacitor of about 600 nF / 1000V. Any one can suggest me the better instrument for that?

    I woul like to run a macro in Excel automaticaly in the following way (as an example): If the value in cell A1 is "x" run macro1; if it is "y" run macro2. Any body know if this is possible?
