As a Subsea Designer, I am accasionally asked if Inventor can calculate the centre of gravity of a structure which may have some sealed sections and therefore will havesome buoyancy.
I toyerd with the idea of 'filling' the areas with a volume of negative density but I wondered if anyone had...
I'm sure that I'm being a bit dim and missing something obvious but I have an occasional problem when I insert new parts into an assembly and they appear in locked viewreps.
I thought the whole point of locking the viewrep was to prevent this.
It makes it worse because some of my assemblies...
