    Island of dimension text - edit cross hatch

    To clear the hatchings intersecting the dimensions I add it to the hatch boundry,it creates an island around the dimensiontext and text is clearly visible. How can I change the size of this Island surronding the text,without changing the text height so that hatching is clearly visible.
