How can I link a feature name to an attribute?
I would like the feature name appearing in the part navigator to change as atribute changes, Is it possible to link the feature name to an attibute?
If yes. How can it be done?

Drawing was creaded in 2000 version.
It was opened in 2006 version, edited and again saved in 2000 version.
--> Surface texture symbols can not be edited for changing it's value i.e. 3.2,1.6,etc.

To clear the hatchings intersecting the dimensions I add it to the hatch boundry,it creates an island around the dimensiontext and text is clearly visible.
How can I change the size of this Island surronding the text,without changing the text height so that hatching is clearly visible.
