I have a transformer thats 50MVA
It has a combined load+noload loss of 250kW
Does this give me (a roughly estimated) transformer with an efficiency of 99.5%? - ignore hysteresis etc...
Another engineer says its got an efficiency of 50% and I'm pretty sure thats wrong ..... so just checking :)
