I need the compressive yield strength for C63020 nickel aluminum bronze bar in order to calculate bushing yield. Does anyone know where I can find this information? MIL-HDBK-5 and any of the websites give only tensile properties.
Also, is there any other way to calculate bushing yield strength...
Hawker Siddeley specifies spin dimpling for their fuselage skins. Does anyone know what this process entails?
Also, would hot dimpling be an acceptable substitute?

Does anyone know if there is a US equivalent for British S154 steel die forgings? All I can find is that it's classified as 57 ton 2-1/2% nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel. What I really need to know is its properties: Ftu and Fsu.
Also, is it weldable?
