If a CT has name plate Kneepoint of 750Volts. Should the measured (actual) value be Higher or lower than this figure and what is the tolerance ie 5%,10% etc

Many of the power transformers I have worked on have there core and Yoke shorted to the transformer case when in service. This is done through external links which are removable. Can any one explain to me why these links are put there - why not solidly connect the core and yoke to the chasis...

If anyone is having trouble viewing images with vanilla CAD that have been edited with Raster 2005 there is a reason. Raster 2005 has a bug that causes this problem. At the moment I have been advised the only fix if you are editing using Raster 05 is to upgrade to 2006.
