    small diameter seal

    I have a 5" diameter wheel, hollow inside, which rotates around an 11mm axle. I need to provide a water proof seal to keep water out of the interior of the wheel. I can't use a traditional lip seal since I can't get surface finish good enough and the wheel will not always be "true". O-rings...
