I am quoting a Pinion Gear for Allison and the steel specification is TMS 63002, can you help me find the SAE, UNS, etc., designation for this material? The drawing calls for Carb & Hdn to 15N87 Min. with a core hardness of Rc 20.

I have a drawing for Weld Nuts that specifies the material type as GMS218M. G.M. is the end user so I am assuming that the material is a GM specification. There were not hits at all on the internet for this item. Can anybody tell me what the SAE or ASTM equivalent would be for this material?
