14V source to a 5k resistor to ground also goes to input of line driver. With 5k connected to ground is input to driver 0V and does that input go to 14V if the ground is removed?
Would like to know if anyone knows of any schematics for a battery charger that will charge a battery pack that supplies + and - 15V. Sometimes the pack needs to be charged as a whole pack +30V and sometimes they need to be charged independently +15V and -15V.
