What is mounted on a electric motor, D-flanges (N-flanges) or front shield (end shield) or just shields?
I'm a confused finnish engineer trying to translate...
I'm writing testing and troubleshooting instructions about polyphase induction motors. Because the company i'm working for is Finnish but wants the instructions in English, it is very hard to translate terms sometimes.
My question is know: Are there any official terms in English for the U1, V1...
