Having a problem with SolidWorks crashing while editing a drawing. Most of the crashes occur when dealing with balloons (deleting or moving). I've lost nine hours in the past two days.

I am looking into different methods of creating features to see which method is better from a file size standpoint. If I bring up a file, save it immediately and then close the file. When I check the file size it has increased. It does this every time. Why?

I was wondering what kind of weld you would use to weld mitered corners of 2" sq. x 1/8" wall steel tubing? I am looking to have a fixture made and need to specify a weld on the drawing and I really do not know the proper weld here.
