    Split feature crashes SW

    Hi I use split feature very rarely and I haven't used it since we upgraded to 2006. Today I ran into this problem. Every time I try to use Split feature SolidWorks crashes. I even modelled a simple part with two extrusions, selected a face, clicked Split feature…CTD. I am running SolidWorks...

    recursive creation of configurations

    Has anyone written a macro that creates a configuration of a given name (e.g. "simple") in an assembly and sub-assemblies and parts and sets the components configs accordingly?
