    Gluing PVC pipe to Rubber

    I am trying to find a solvent and a type of soft rubber that I can use to glue the rubber to PVC. it would go pipe to rubber tube back to pipe. This will allow the pipe to bend gently (at the rubber area)and eliminate vibrations from a pump. It would be under 10 PSI any ideas would be greatful
