    Pitch Line for Gear Rack

    Looking for information on how to determine the location of the pitch line on a gear rack. Print is dimensioned from the top of the gear tooth to the pitch line. This is for a first article on a low volume molded part and it's likely we'll never look at the dimension again. Thanks! DRK
