16'' sch 80 TP 316/316L Stainles Steel pipe has been cutted 12 mm short an we do not have any additional material..So that i would like to make welding filling with the ER 316 L welding wire or suitable electrode from pipe end to provide at least 10 mm filling in order the get requested...

I have o lot of rusty Stainles steel fitting and I have no chance them put in acid bath for surface treatment
