    Installing AutoCad 2000 on XP Home

    I am having lots of problems installing AutoCad 2000 on XP HOme. I get this message: c;\windows'system32\autoexec.nt. File is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows Applications; when I try to run the installation. Please Help!!!!
