Currently we are using REN 6410-1 with a 1:1 mixing ratio as well as a 37 =/- Shore. This product has a Gel time of 30 minutes. Is there any product anyone knows of that has a longer shore time with similar characteristics?

I have a part with alot of surfaces. When i attempt to thicken the part to the inside it will thicken 0.84mm but no less. it will thicken any larger amount but not any thinner.
