Is there a way using "Save as PDF" to control which of the drawing sheets are converted. We use a second sheet on a drawing for our sheet metal flat patterns. When we create the PDF we do not want this sheet of the drawing included in the PDF.

I am looking for some ideas on how to represent hole knock-outs (holes not cut all the way around) on sheet metal flat patterns. We use the flat pattern to create DXF files which are used as input to our lazer cutters so we need the knock-outs to be saved on the flat pattern.
