    MIL-M-24041 for Polyurethane

Has anyone found and a material that has no or very low amounts of Toluene Diisocyanate or "mocha"? I have a problem with OSHA on this material in Washington State. But we must meet the mil spec.

We are in need of a urethane that is safe to use with the low mocha. Has any one else found and alternative? I have been looking for about one years Thanks
