I have a regenerative type hydraulic system. It does not quite have enough power on the extension cycle, the retraction cycle is fine. Does anyone know how I can get more power on the extension cycle, or will I have to replace the cylinders with a larger diameter rod?
Thanks,

The easiest way for my application to stop a hydraulic cylinder at the right distance ( in one direction) is to adjust the cylinder so it bottoms out. But something in the back of my mind says I should not do this. Any thoughts on this?

I am converting a 40' Prevost bus into a motorhome, I have installed a 12' slideout (yes it was engineered)and need to install hydraulics to move it. The slideout does not touch the floor, so mechanical guides are not practical, so I want to install a hydraulic cylinder on each side. Both ends...
I have a spline with three grips in the shape of a curve. When I use offset I get a line that is completely full of grips. Can I get rid of all but three of the grips, so it is like the original, fit is not an option?
Thanks,
