I'm wondering how to do the spice3 simulation to get capacitance(for example cgg, cgd, cgs) versus Vg as Vg changes from -2 to 2V? Freq. maybe 1MHz.
Can anybody provide a simple spice3 netlist?

Question: How to draw a surface in matlab as Y is not fixed?
X = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
As x=1, Y=[4.8, 4.9, 5.0]
As x=2, Y=[4.6, 4.8,5.0]
As x=3, Y=[4.3, 4.7,5.0]
As x=4, Y=[4, 4.5, 5.0]
As x=5, Y=[3.8,4.4,5.0]
So here Y always has 3 elements, but the range of Y is changing as x increases.

How could I plot a 3d surface graph where both x and y are functions of x? I could not use surf(x,y,z) as usual. For example, to plot a plane passing through 3 points (1,0,0), (0,1,0) and (0,0,1), how could I do it?
