i want to heat a room in the Plant to 130F (sterilization process). The temp of surrounding rooms is 70F. If my room dimensions are LxWxH = 178'x69'x20', the cubic volume of my room is 245,640.

I can't seem to find the calculation for this scale-up.
If I have a lab-top KITCHEN AID mixer (0.5HP) mixing dough using the following mixing profile,
Agitator (mixing tool)
Low speed 107 rpm
Med speed 198 rpm...
Needed to calculate the water pick-up in slurry that is
heated using direct steam injection (so I can reduce the
amount of water in the slurry appropriately to accomodate
the additional water being injected in the steam).
Steam (SAT) = 120psi
batch.
T1=140F slurry
TF=190F slurry
