I am using HydroCAD and trying to use a box-like structure with 3 weirs, with an outlet pipe outletting the structure.
So far, the only structure that affects my flow is the outlet pipe. In other words, changing the weir elevation has no affect on anything - as if the only outlet that "sees"...
Any tips for communication with someone who you consistently "can't get on the same page with"?
