havinf recently upgraded to Solidworks 2006 at sp4.1 i notice all my files take an age to load. This appears to be due to photoworks information loading after the models have loaded. I tried switching off photoworks and this does speed things up, also i tried switching the add on back on...

When using PDMWorks having the include drawings option on makes check in so slow (over an hour) on anything other than the smallest assemblies. Does anybody else suffer from this problem and if so how do you get around it.

Can anyboby tell me what the prefixes (a), (c) r (p) mean in the render manager, and a way of deleting materials applied at assembly level without deleting all those applied at part level.
