I opened an assembly in witch I had 4 identical parts. When I looked at the part one the id is missing, in the assembly tree I can see the part name <> no id number. The second part I see the part name <2>.
My problem is that I want to control the configuration of part 1 through a design table...
I invite anybody that will work with skeleton sketch to do that 5 minutes test, and try to understand what is going on.
1) Create a sketch (sketch 1) on the top plan in an assembly.
2) On that sketch draw a circle (5 “ dia.) That is coincident with the origin.
3) Draw a vertical line (line 1)...

I get the massage "unexpected file" when I save some assembly or drawing.
I click ok, the file finish to save and closed.
Does anybody have an idea?
Never rename a linear pattern feature dimension.
If you use a renamed dimension from a linear pattern feature in an equation you are in trouble. When editing the feature of a linear pattern, the names of the renamed dimension return to D1 automatically & the equation cannot be solved.
