Does anybody know of an off-the-shelf source of C-section steel? I want to use it to run bearings down it that can carry a total load of about 7.5 tonnes (metric) for the whole length of c-section (there'll be 2 lengths of section - ie one either side of the load).

Anybody know of an adhesive to adhere a silica surface to either polyethylene, polyurethane, or aluminium foil?
I'm currently looking through the major manufacturers for products, but if anyone knows of anything - that'd be helpful.
