if a pipe is classified following article 3.3 it seems that the vendor of the pipe can't supply you with a pipe following a higher category. Is above true or not, i can't imagine that you can't supply material which is designed and constructed...
Are the EN standards the only harmonised standards, what about DIN standards, AD merkblatter, British standard,... My question is can we consider that all standards coming from an European country are harmonised standards or not?

Can somebody give me the applicable DIN standards to calculate the wall thickness of reductions, T-pieces and elbows. Does anybody know if there exist some software to do this calculation.
