In our rather antiquated SolidEdge v18, I have a user who has managed to loose their 'Main' toolbar. Right clicking, disabling and then enabling it doesn't fix it neither does 'Reset' toolbar. Repairing SE also does nothing.
I suspect that it is still there just off the screen somewhere but...
