    Shallow trench C-900 Pipeline restraint

    Hello to all and TIA. I have an application for a temporary pipeline of C-900 PVC pipe. The run is 1300 ft long, the trench is three ft deep the back fill WILL NOT be compacted as it needs to be removed. Should I require the contractor to restrain all the joints?
