    Hi Quark thank u for ur repply cooling water temp is 32C in and out from abs 37C. fouling in heat exch i did not under stand.there is auto decrystallization in chiller.Delta P cooling water is 88kpa and chilled water delta P is 47kpa.natrual Gas pressure is 200mmqa.vacum is ok now pleas advice...
